I wouldn’t call it a disappointment. The service tech was great and a very nice guy. But i was given a base quote of $99 for 3 rooms and get the 4th for free. I added pet cleaning solution and the protective solution as well. The price went to $247 which is what i paid for a prior cleaning that was more involved. Not that i was a big deal because the prior service was perfect. So after the cleaning was done there were a few spots that didn’t come up . One i expected not to come up and it didn’t so no biggie there. But there were a few spots in a bedroom that were missed and at the top of the stairs which is a heavy traffic area didn’t come clean. The prior service that you guys completed made the carpet look brand new. This time not so much, even though it was less soiled than the last time. I don’t know if it was just certain variables that made it that way or if it was rushed. Not that i would say the tech was rushing I’m just saying it wasn’t as great of a service as the last time for the price. Like i said the service tech was great but the cleaning just wasn’t as good. I went back with a hot washcloth and cleaned the spots that were left behind myself and they came right up. So i think they were just missed all together or maybe not enough attention was given on those areas. I would still recommend Zerorez to other people and i will still continue to use your services as i am over all pleased. But this service just wasn’t as good as the last service.

Chris Tames did a fantastic job on our tile and grout. The floor looks brand new and now the grout is sealed so the beauty should last awhile. So glad we called Zerorez.

The results...

Service tech very good, prices competitive but deceptive! $29 dollars a room is for basic service, no deep cleaning, just surface cleaning. Deep cleaning, with just another tool, plus time cost us $60+ per room. Naturally we thought that the advertised price of $29 per room would cover entire through cleaning of the rugs, but it doesn't.

As a retired Exec. from one of the largest medical mfg. companies in the world, deceptive advertising may get me once but when I tell people about Zerorez I will make sure to include that they ask the right questions regarding standard surface cleaning and deep cleaning charges per room.

technician was very friendly...seemed knowledgeable...furniture items and rug are clean...stain not eliminated on sofa...but still satisfied with what was done and accomplished

I felt as if I was being pressured to spend more money. My carpet was an easy clean. Would like tech to be straight forward and honest. That would encourage me to call you again.

First said cost was $70 over coupon price because of high traffic areas. However, when we looked at carpet after drying, you could still see those areas.
