After they left I noticed areas that still were not clean. I messaged them to come back and all they did was drop off a spray bottle filled with cleaner. But said they weren't going finish their work.

Great customer service

The products used are not overwhelming and there isn’t too much odor once everything is cleaned. My carpet and tile were cleaned very well. The service technician was friendly and took the time to explain the processes and services I had signed up for… highly recommend Zerorez.

That you don’t use any detergent

We have experienced great results, as long as we have the same person that comes to service the hotel. We have noticed significant different in the quality of work based on who provides the service.

It could be a little cheaper for the one hour of work that was completed.

Kanoa was fantastic~ He was actually early, which is unheard of these days with service orientated businesses.
He worked very hard on my area rugs that had been in storage for a year. They were filthy! After he cleaned them the colors popped again. Plus he cleaned a very hairy cat tree. He got almost an entire cat's worth of hair off of it!
Everything looked and smelled fresh and clean, with no chemical odors/residue smell.
We are extremely very happy with his work, and ZeroRez. We will definitely use them again.

My technician was very friendly and professional. Additionally, it was easy and to schedule service when I called and set it up for just a few days later. The carpet looks very good.

My rugs are clean without the residue, and I always have the protectant put on. The guys always do a good job and are professional. I've been using Zerorez for years and very happy with their service.It is just my husband and I and we have no pets.

I am very happy with the service provided. Joe did a great job. There was a lot of cleanup that he took care of and he was both personable and professional. I have used the company before and will again.
