The customer service is wonderful. If a job is not to a customers satisfaction, they will come back again to remedy the situation. Jay came back to our house to redo a few areas that needed some extra attention and he resolved the issues. He did a great job!!! 👍

You clean 3 rooms for $109.00 a huge loft a master bedroom and another bedroom then charge $162.00 for a 9 x 12 area rug. For which I gave my permission to clean realizing there could be potential problems. Makes no sense based on square footage or on difficulty.

Firstly, acquiring an estimate and scheduling with Zerorez was incredibly quick and easy. Reggie was great, he answered all of my questions and provided all of the necessary information we needed in order to get the estimate approved on our end, and get everything scheduled - and he was friendly to boot! The individuals who cleaned our carpets were prompt, and extremely polite, as we still had people working in the office while it was being cleaned. They did a wonderful job making our carpet look the best it's ever looked in 10 years. I'd definitely use Zerorez again, and highly recommend!
