The service person arrived on the front end of the time frame given. He was friendly, efficient and did a great job. I'm very pleased with the looks of my carpet after the cleaning. I've used Zerorez before and I'll use them again.

It’s just so easy the techs are knowledgeable they make sure we understand what they’re doing. Advise on how to handle future stains spills etc. they make sure they clean everything up after, it’s just overall a great experience. Tracey was our tech this time and he was great, my pup wouldn’t leave him alone and let him do his job but he was great with her.

I was looking for a company that could clean my three recliners without chemicals. I found zerorez through a web search. I was very impressed and would definitely use their services again. They were able to come out the next morning. The price was extremely reasonable, the technician arrived well within the window provided, and my chairs look great!

I was expecting a short dry time and even with open windows it took a full day. The technicians were nice, cleaned up behind themselves, but maybe they were too hasty in their cleaning? I don't know, but it definitely was not dry after 6 hrs..
Also I thought the tile and grout cleaning service would lighten the grout but I didn't see a difference at all. I did a small bathroom to see if I should clean the tile flooring throughout the rest of my house, but I don't think it would be worth it.
