The associates were super helpful and kind. We got our upstairs cleaned, our couches & area rugs downstairs. They were so fast & did an incredible job! We highly recommend anyone to Zerorez.

Leslie did a fantastic job. She was professional, friendly and thorough. Our couches, carpet and tile haven’t looked this good I years. In the past other technicians were not as thorough. We will definitely call her her again.

The carpets are not clean. The technician knew they were not clean but said it was the best he could do. Now I see why he insisted on payment BEFORE he did any work.

We paid for the deep cleaning in the living room two or three weeks ago. It looks like we should have the carpet cleaned now. The carpet is older but I thought it would look better then it does.

I have had tile cleaning, carpet shampoo and air duck cleaning by zerorez for a couple of years now and will continue to do so in the future. Each time ,the technician was courteous and efficient. Mike was great.

Happy. This time the carpet cleaning job was terrible. I had a makeup spot in the bedroom that I was told would not come out. I bought carpet cleaner and it did come out. The overall cleaning was subpar.
