They were early to arrive, and they did and entire 2 story house and finished in one hour, I definitely will use Zerorez again and recommend them to friends, the carpets are clean and smell fresh.

The highest rating possible is a 10, but I give the job Carlos did for me a 20!! I couldn’t believe how he made my tile look as great as the day it was installed!! My tile and grout are very light beige....almost white. The tile resembles slate which means that dirt accumulates in the little grooves. I have had another well-known company clean it and once I scrubbed every square inch of it on my hands and knees and no time did it ever come as clean! I couldn’t be happier with the end result!! 🤗 In addition to the excellent job that was done, Carlos couldn’t have been more polite and pleasant. He did the job that the other company I used sent 2 men to do and they never came close to the end result of Carlos. I will highly recommend Zeroez to all of my friends, and I will definitely use Zeroez to have my ductwork cleaned.....but only if you send Carlos to do the job! 😉 I’ll be calling in the near future for that project! Thank you!

Zac is an outstanding tech. He explained what he was going to do and recommended another product based on the look of the carpet (which it really needed). He was able to make the carpet look almost like new.
Nice people good workers,but, left a lot of water on our tile. spot's in several areas. Did not move a number of pieces , washer dryer for example. Was surprise had several pieces on wet carpet!
The carpets dry fast and the workers are always on time and professional.
Your technician was extremely professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I just felt it was a bit pricey. I anticipated paying about $500 but when it was $750 I was a bit shocked. Especially since the problem carpet still smells of urine

Best service we’ve ever had. I didn’t realize what a poor job the last carpet cleaning was with Zero Rez until this new tech came and did an outstanding job. My rug fibers look brand new. I only want this recent tech handling my carpets. Please note whomever came the time before did NOT do a job up to par.

Service was good. A little pricey for the pieces I had. Which was 8x10 area rig and a really small powder bath maybe 20 sq. Ft. Workers were nice and honest but didn’t act too professional

The techs were able to come earlier that promised. They fast and very friendly. I had two houses done and they look brand new!
The things they listed on the receipt were not correct and the carpet and he even come out that clean. Hey stated excessive pet urine and soil , witch there was one little spot of urine but it was not as bad as they said. And there was NO soil anywhere. They said the carpet was 3-5 years old it’s less then 2months old. I was not able to be home when they cleaned it. Not happy at all
