Cameron was a great technician! He was so friendly with our dog, and he was very informative of how to work with our pet stains that we have in our carpet. The cleaning products used made the carpet look even better than when we first moved into the apartment. I can’t wait to work with Zerorez again at the house we buy!

I think your cleaning is top notch, It leaves no residue. Just had the tile all cleaned. You need to wear sunglasses as it is so bright. I forgot what the original grout looked like. Mike and Marcus were very thorough. Knew what they were doing. Definitely using u again.

Casey and Marcus were so pleasant and did a wonderful job of cleaning our carpets. They were done in a hour. They wore booties in the house and gave us tips about how to keep our carpets clean. We are very pleased with the result and will definitely use them again.

Beyond disappointed. Was bait and switched into paying grout sealer. Will not be recommending to anyone. Damaged my property. Manager not willing to make it right. You just lost a customer of 10 years. Manager didn’t care.
