Reggie did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet , getting out all the pet and foot traffic stains !

Bradford was great, however I wish I would have been told that to clean the chair I asked him about didn't meet your guys "minimum of $98" to come out. Today I paid for 2 rooms AND a hallway to be done, I don't have carpet in my hallway therefore I paid for a service that wasn't rendered - then was just told by the woman on the phone that the chair that Bradford told me would be $60, would now be $98 due to the minimum. That is absolute horrible customer service, especially when I already JUST paid for a service that WASNT rendered.
I will NEVER use this company again & will make sure my family/friends don't come here either.
It is illegal to charge for services not rendered then it is absolutely horrible to try to rob a repeat customer of even more money. Shame on you guys.

I was not at all disappointed in the service or the work that was done at my home. Your representative was honest, upfront, and did a great job. I only put five down because the cost was more than I had hoped, and some of my friends would not want to pay as much as I did. Actually, in spite of my telling them how happy I was, they rolled their eyes when I told them the cost. I have retired since I had the service, and at this point, I probably won't be able to afford it now.
Cleaning Products smell good and very efficient. The employee was knowable .

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly technicians. Ease of scheduling. Clean carpets which do not retain residue to re-attract and hold dirt. What's not to like?

Excellent job done cleaning my air ducts and floor tile. Zeroez was recommended to me and lived up to that from the professional office staff, Torri, and the techitions, Matt and David. All my questions were answered, they were knowledgeable and helpful - and friendly.

I liked the way the carpets and area rugs turned out. Jordan was very good at explaining what he needed to do on some problem areas and took care of them. He told me what it would cost with no hidden surprises at the end. He was very detailed and did an excellent job.
It had been awhile since I had my carpets professionally cleaned and the tech was able to get them cleaner than expected.
My technician, Carlos A., was very nice and professional. He contacted me and said that he was running ahead of schedule and if I would be interested in having my appointment earlier. That was a welcomed surprise. He outlined my options but no hard selling. He completed the job quickly and I was very pleased with the service that I received.
Technicians were great. There was some difference in what I was told and quoted on phone regarding price. Overall, service was good and I didn’t mind paying slightly higher price than quote, but I do feel the communication between myself, technicians, and office didn’t align with original communication to me.
