When Zack left, our dining room carpet was spotless; all of the ink stains had been removed. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to see the one worst spot reappear the next day after the carpet had thoroughly dried. Oh well, we tried.

Too much up-selling. Everyone's carpet needs the "deep cleaning " so just include that as part of the base price.
