I chose Zerorez because I like the process you use to clean my carpets. With other companies I would get my carpets cleaned and a couple months later they looked dirty again. The dirt would attach to the soap left behind. I also like that it is safe for my 3 puppies with no chemicals.
I was so happy with everything. I really enjoyed the service an Lainey everything to me. He was so nice. I will recommend your service to all here at the Meadows Mobile home park.

Isaih was was the tech he was so nice and was so kind. I am a Veteran with ptsd and also a canser pt. he was so mindful and exp;ained every thing he was going to do and talked softly the whole time to put me at ease and helped me from having a panic attack. He was wonderful

The products were great. Not to Happy that the Tech wasn’t wearing a Mask. Wasn’t gonna ask him to wear one thought it was company policy.

We moved into a house and the rug was horribly filthy. I mean disgustingly filthy. The landlord said they were going to put new carpet and that was a lie. I called Zerorez with no expectations. When Anthony arrived I explained I was only a renter and was hoping it could just look presentable. I was shocked after the clean. He did an amazing job. Thank you Zerorez. Great job 😊.

Always do a great job! Very timely and spend the extra minutes to explain what they recommend or doing without feeling like you are being up-sold. Maybe a little more pricey than others, but I always feel we get our moneys worth.
