From the first phone call to the completion of service, Zerorez are very professional and had open communication with what they were using to how they were going to accomplish the service. The services that I had performed was the air duct and carpet cleaning. I do have pets and decided to upgrade to the pet stain and pet odor removal treatment. The whole service only took about 3-4 hours and the results were great! My carpets look and smell like brand new. They were even nice enough to clean and small rug at the foot of the stairs. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

You should develop a protocal for bad stains, I had to call a different company to remove stains after you cleaned my carpet. It`s the only complaimt I have about your process.I hope this helps you !!

Removed the dirt and stains from my carpet, quickly. The staff were all friendly
I love the fact that the cleaning system you have gets out so many spots. We had a coffee from Starbucks spilled on the carpeting and I tried to clean it out and it not even faze it but the zerorez did take out the whole stain, next we had some stains from a cat and those were removed also. Love it. It also appears to clean quite well though I have Stainmaster carpeting and fairly new but it has saved me from having to replace carpeting, especially where the cat did damage.
