Be honest when giving the initial quote and remind the customer that the pet stain in carpet will probably not come out and that when it dries it will show back up. That’s what happened with me initially I was very pleased with cleaning but today the stains are showing back up. I understand that it says in the paper that no guarantee with stain removal but I was hoping for better results. 200 bucks is 200 bucks.
Professional carpet cleaning with top notch representatives. Anton, our carpet specialist did not leave until we were happy with the results. He also educated us on how to care for our carpet to get the most out of the cleaning. He made other suggestions that were very helpful. I will only use Zerorex for all future carpet & tile cleaning. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

I like that after the carpet dries, it isn't all crunchy. It is nice and soft to walk on. I have used you in the past and for a few years, I had a house with no carpet, so I didn't use you, but I always refer you to anyone I know that is looking to clean their carpets. I am a Property Manager in Las Vegas and refer you to any that asks about cleaning their carpet.
