I was very happy that Zerorez honored their radio special and delivered with that price as promised. The technician was not only on time, but was actually early and called ahead to make sure that that was okay. My carpet was noticeably lighter in color and very clean, as well as my tile. Many stains were gone that were not removed by the previous cleaners. Also, there were no harsh fumes, which had previously bothered me with other companies. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Ricardo called when he was on the way. Showed up on time. Answered our questions. Got right to work and finished in a timely manner. We had a number of various stains and he got all of them out. When the carpet dried there were no signs of any stains. Great job!
