Our beat up and poor quality (builder grade) carpet was brought back to great condition. Our technician, Victor J was sure to be cautious and warn us that some areas had significant wear and that we may not be happy with the results. But we are very satisfied. The areas with more wear dried down and look great.

The carpets are super clean and fresh. They dried quickly, The service technician was friendly and professional.
The tile wasn’t thoroughly cleaned it was just sprayed down and wet. I’m not sure what “deep cleaning” process is available I guess I just thought the grout would be cleaned and tiles scrubbed

Everything but the price
I liked how when done my house did not smell like wet dog. I liked how the carpet felt soft not stiff. The guys were very professional. The service was more expensive than keystone carpets that I have used for years but may be worth it for the reasons above.
