Very reliable, beautiful job, good service
I have used Zeroz for many years. Whatever they clean with certainly does a good job, it leave my carpet looking like new when they leave! They are friendly and good at their jobs!
The technician was very respectful and made sure we were satisfied with the pet odor. The problem was the odor was gone when the technician had just cleaned the carpet but after the carpet dried a few hours later the odor came back. This was through no fault of the technician. I think the clean smell just overwhelmed the pet odor when it was wet.

Very flexible with the ongoing COVID-19. Had to reschedule a couple of times based on Governor's recommendations for continue social distancing. When the job was done, the carpet look great.

My high traffic areas look brand new, my kids caused stains I’m sure would never come out and they came out, and we also had the tile and grout cleaned and it’s perfect.

We paid for a Level 1 Bio Treatment Cleaning for Pet Stain Removal and Odor Control. With the Technicians Assessment, that was the Plan of Action that he recommended. We agreed to a total price of $277 without hesitation, Which would be a thorough cleaning since paying for a Premium. The Premium was $170 more than the special that was offered at the time which was "$99 for 3 rooms and a Free hallway + tax $8 totaling $107". For an upgrade, $170 is understandable "IF" the job was done properly.
There wasn't much of a difference a far as Pet Stains and Odor, it seemed no different from a basic carpet cleaning. The Stains are still very visible & The Odor would obviously fade away after the carpets and padding dried up but would NOT omit the Odor entirely as we asked for. WE understand that all Stains & Odors may NOT be Removed. However Money is NOT the issue, The Technician should've either offered another Intense Cleaning and Stain & Odor Removal Plan. We've used Zerorez before and was very pleased with the results.
We don't know how Zerorez Removes Stains or Odors as a Company, But just using a Topical Spray does NOT Remove any of this.
We have done better with a Pet Vac.
How can Zerorez make things right you ask? You can return with a different technician to remove these Pet Stains & Odor without further charge!!

I have used Zerorez for the past few years and really like how the carpet doesn't have any residue and how quickly it dries. The carpet looks like new and Jacob did a great job! He was friendly and courteous and my black lab really liked him!

Everything! Scheduling was simple and accommodating. Technician Chris was courteous, professional, communicative, punctual and did a speedy, fabulous job on our carpets. The carpet looks, feels, and smells great in spite of previous animal accidents. We are so happy we finally tried zerorez. Clients for life!
Quality and efficiency, good customer service and great and competitive pricing
I wasnt as happy with the result as in previous apts. The tech seemed to rush , missed some spots and left the carpets "crunchy" not soft like before.
I love zeroez....they do a thorough job, are informative, competent and courteous. Not sure about the products they use, but they definitely work!
