Frequent carpet cleaning specials for residential customers. Reasonable rates. Citrus-based cleaning solution. No residue. Dries fast. Knowledgeable technicians. Carpet cleaning process explained & questions answered before actual cleaning starts. Any additional cost is explained to customer & must be approved by customer before cleaning begins. Technician is careful & respectful & tries to protect customer's home from being damaged by equipment & product.

The tech that was at my home was very professional. He told me everything and gave me suggestions. I HIGHLY recommend Zerorez....
It's quick. And .. it works. My 3 year-old grandson regularly decorates my living room carpet with chocolate milk and other drinks. And Zerorez comes in and restores my carpet to brand new!

First of all, your employee arrived when he said he would and he was neatly dressed. He walk through the house to be sure what he was going to do before proceeding. Once the carpets were cleaned they dried and were not stiff from a residue.

Customer service was superb from the initial phone scheduling phone call to the rep who came and cleaned our carpet. The outcome of the carpet cleaning was amazing and we definitely will be using them again.
First of and most importantly. The Job. Excellent Job. Bonus the people are great!
They are not nearly as wet as other cleaners and restore the carpets look after being cleaned. There is no strong perfume oder left behind. Just a clean carpet.
My 20 year old tile looks like it was just installed after the cleaning.
