I love that my carpet in soft and residue free. They look wonderful every time they are cleaned by Zerorez. I wouldn't use anyone else...ever.
Everything was done to perfection! Isaiah was very pleasant and professional.
OUR 10 YEAR OLD CARPETS LOOKS BRAND NEW. WE ALSO HAD YOU CLEAN THE FABRIC ON OUR LAZYBOY CHAIRS. THE FABRIC IS WHITE HOWEVER AT THE TIME OF CLEANING IT LOOKED MORE GRAY AND NOW IT LOOKS AMAZING.
OUR TECHNICIAN ZACH WAS FRIENDLY TOOK HIS TIME MAKING SURE HE DID NOT MISS ANYTHING AND THE WE UNDERSTOOD THE PROCESS. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE.
Service was excellent. We were greeted with professionalism. Work was done as described by both office and service tech who came to clean our carpets. My wife and I both commented how nice Jacob was.

Great job very professional
I spent $600 to have my carpet and the tiles cleaned.I was not informed that sealing the tiles is not included in the price I was quoted.
The day after I called and a young man kept repeating to me that sealing the tiles is another charge.
He was incapable to find a solution, offer me a deal or simply stop repeating himself.
I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager which I dare to say was not true.
This is the second time I used your services because I like what you do.
As a repeat customer I did expect a break to finish off this job and make it a satisfactory experience for me.
I own my own business and I always want to make sure the customer is happy.

Scheduling is easy and the service people are efficient, friendly and more than competent. When the carpets are dry, they look and smell like new ... with no chemicals!! The cost is very reasonable and worth every penny! This is our 2nd Zerorez experience and it won't be our last. We would highly recommend Zerorez!!
