My carpets look great this is the second time I used your company I am not disappointed and Carlos was great he did a great job and his helper was very pleasant I will highly recommend your company .
Dried quickly and gary was the best. Did quite well on a old carpet.
I had to call back to have a return visit because of a couple of items that needed to be placed back correctly. (too heavy for me) and also repair an electric outlet cover that was knocked off during the cleaning.
Had the worker fixed those things at the time, it wouldn't have been an issue. But, on the phone, after they already were paid, it was like pulling teeth to get someone to come back.
Very evasive and argumentative on the phone with me.

I do really like the job that Zerorez does on my carpet, I just don’t like the upsale that they do once they’re in my home. I just want the service that I requested when I scheduled. The in home sales pitch really discourages me from wanting to book them again. I’m fine if they do a sales pitch when I originally call in, but after that time I’m not interested I just want the job done in my home that I requested.
Zack was excellent. My floors looked brand new when he was done and no longer smelled. :)

quick and eficient
I've been using Zerorez for several years now (I used to use a chem-dry service). Scheduling is always efficient, pricing is fair, techs are on time or early as well as courteous (call prior to appointment, explain process, don't track up non-carpeted floors). My very light carpets have seen better days but every time I'm about to give in and replace them, I have your guys out to clean and they do such a fantastic job I feel like I can get a couple more years out of them.
This visit they called, arrived fifteen minutes before the appointment window and cleaned the entire house in an hour. Dry time is also shorter than both chem dry and shorter than Zerorez used to be in the past. They did a beautiful job, including stairs and high-traffic areas; carpets look good as new. I highly recommend.
My carpet is 15 years old...last 4 cleaning services were done by Zerorez. Isacah was great.
Your employee was very informative about your system and how zerorez was able to clean carpets without harmful chemicals. I have allergies so this is very important to me.
He was able to answer all my questions and explain the process used.

I gave a 9 just because of the lady over the phone.
I asked about the service on a Saturday by email and a lady called back on a Monday but I was teaching and I didn’t want to miss the call so I answered and asked her if she could call me back in about an hour and a half. She answered right away saying: “Well... if I have time.” With a tone I didn’t feel comfortable with. But then I feel she realized she made a mistake and said she was going to call me back.
Hours later I didn’t get any call from you guys so I called back and scheduled the service. I think she was the same person that called me and she was helpful explaining the process and how it worked.
I know people make mistakes but that first impression wasn’t very good.

Those taking requests for appointments were always kind and understanding when it was necessary to change the original date of service.
I trust in the water concept and am always pleased with how quickly the carpet dries because there is no excess left on the carpet. There is no lingering odor.

And of course, the price was very reasonable — especially with a coupon.
Have used Zerorez for years and have no reason to use any other carpet cleaning service .
