John was awesome, prompt, friendly and concerned about safety. Almost can't wait until i can use your services again and definitely will recommend your company to friends and neighbors.
Prompt, professional. But carpet really doesn't look much different or feel different after it dried. Same with sofa. I do keep it pretty clean, but thought I'd see more improvement after professional cleaning. Especially after only 1.5 hrs and $430. Pretty expensive.
Great service from staff to carpet cleaning
Customer Service was great. I watched as he cleaned. He really put muscle into it. I also got a report showing the condition of my rugs. The black light was cool too.

Zach did a great job. Carpet is clean and we have 4 dogs. Stanley Steamer didn't get it clean.

Areas on the rug that didn't come clean. After I pointed them out I was told after the rug dried they would lighten up but they didn't.

The guy that came was very nice. He gave me pretty good instruction on how to keep the carpet clean after it was clean.
I live out of state and was not at the house during this process. So, I do not know what it looked like before or after.

Cleaner arrived early and gave us a full review of how much it would cost and his plan for completing the job. We had both tile and carpets cleaned. Carpets were nearly completely dry by end of the day. Tile floors look and feel clean.
