Employees need PPE training. We provided booties and they immediately walked to the truck with them on, then back in house with dirt. We also provided face masks, which they should have been wearing, and they pulled the face masks down so only their mouths were covered.

I am amazed how clean my carpets are! I had a puppy who didn’t want to be house trained and peed on the landings while I was out. The carpets were discolored and had a foul odor. The tech came and asked me a few questions and went to work. A short time later I instantly saw the difference in the carpet. The light color was back, there are no stains/spots and the carpet feels bouncy again. I will be doing this service every six months!
On time (even a little early), professional, original estimate was actual cost. Carpets feel clean, not sticky, and bathroom tile looks and feels great!

Only concern was that tech was not told the bedroom cleaning cost would be $20. Not sure hi he charged $45 when the promo was $33 per room. But my husband didn’t notice that the charge was high.
