Zerorez always does such a great job
both times that we had our carpets cleaned the technicians have been friendly, thorough and informative. the carpets stay clean longer than the prior company that we used several times.
Tech was very kind. Service was quick and simple. Overall cleaning looked good. Tech also quoted me on a tile cleaning which we hope to do in the future!

Every time and I mean every time we have Zerorez over to do carpets or tile grout they refuse to give up on their process until they are personally satisfied with the results. Their standards are unparalleled and should be applauded. The care taken to protect walls, furniture and personal items while providing their services is truly to be appreciated.

They were very professional And fast. They let me take advantage of a special that came after the original quote. He offered one extra service but was not a high pressure sales person like other carpet companies.
