My track record says it all. I have used Xerorez at the beginning of my home purchase. Xerorez is the best carpet cleaning service there is. My 16 year old carpet is like new. The tech, Gary, was so very polite and answered all my questions before he got started. Our carpet is old and pretty worn but he managed to clean out some very bad stains and did the 3 rooms in a very timely manner. We will definitely call zerorez again in the future.

My carpets haven’t been this clean since they were new. The process extracts the dirt and leaves no residue. The carpets stay clean longer as stains don’t reappear like they used to. Service staff are professional and courteous every time. They always go above and beyond to do a great job.

Zerorez turned out to be just like all the others. We have no pets or kids so cleaning the carpet is mostly where traffic is. Wanted to clean the carpets because we are selling our house due to loss of my job. I will continue to look for another carpet cleaning service since the best we have had so far all have been mediocre at best. The no traffic areas look good of course.
