Clean smell and didn’t soak the carpets
A small part of my rug lifted up and it’s now detached from the floor. I was a little disappointed with the tile. I thought it would have gotten brighter and cleaner.
Overall I was happy with the carpet looking nice and clean.

Technician was friendly and professional. The carpeting was very well done and far less moisture left in the carpet than previous companies we used.
I had a quote for 2 rooms, a hallway and stairs. The carpet is a year old and had stains in the master bedroom. The coffee stains did not come up. It looked clean while it was wet but once it dried-there they were. We were quoted $177. The tech offered an upgrade and the total ended up being almost $300. I’m just disappointed that it’s still stained and the cost was a lot more than I expected it to be.

We appreciate how clean our carpet now appears! The technician was very kind, efficient, informative, and professional. It was apparent that he sought to give his very best to the job at hand and he was quite impressive. Would highly recommend Zerorez of Las Vegas since the company never uses chemicals and the carpet was dry almost immediately!

The technician was very professional. I think his name was Kevin. He wore a mask and booties. He cleaned our carpet, tile and area rugs. He did a very nice job. He asked me to check all the areas he cleaned and went over some places on my area rugs or tile that I thought were to my liking. He was very pleasant and my house looks great!
