There were still a couple of stains that were not taken care of. I believe it was too pricey for what was done. It was left pretty wet when they left, I was hoping it was a little dryer. However the guys were very pleasant, they put their booties on and they asked me if I wanted them to wear their mask which I agreed too.
Definitely gotten the stain and urine smell out.. kudos to dan & will.. informative and knowledgeable in explaining to me how carpet is all about

This was the second time I used you. The first time was awesome. I recommended you to two other people who booked just because of that experience. The second time just yesterday, not so much.
There were several small Spots that our tech couldn’t get out. We payed extra 75$ for treatment and protection.
The carpet is only around 8 months old and in mostly great shape. There were small spots in my teens rooms that he didn’t get out. We had the carpet cleaned because we are putting it up for sale and pics are being taken tomorrow.
After the carpet dried (overnight) it was really wet! We tried ourselves to get a couple of the smaller spots out and what do you know? With a little elbow grease we were able to get it pretty much out. That tells me that our tech albeit very nice, professional, and courteous did not try very hard to clean my carpets thoroughly and well. Upon closer inspection I also noticed he did not move anything either. There was a basket on the side of my daughters bed that had a couple books in it. He could’ve easily picked it up to clean under and behind it which actually was covering some sort of minor spill. I was able to get that mostly out too. In the end, I paid almost 340$ for a job not well done. So, no I wouldn’t recommend Zerorez because for me you only do a good job 50 percent of the time.

Everything and the tech was excellent!!!
I didn't like the hidden costs. My 3 rooms for $99.00 ended up choosing me 329.00 and one room continues to have a urine smell.
