We were very happy with Casey’s punctuality, friendliness, and professionalism yesterday when he cleaned our carpets. He answered all our questions and offered suggestions for additional treatment for our high traffic areas. Now that our carpets are completely dry, we can clearly see a difference. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely call Zerorez for all our carpet cleaning needs in the future.

The tech, Julian (I think) was very good. He was very thorough in inspecting, explaining everything and going over pricing prior to the start of work. He did a really good job and was very polite and professional.

Cory was professional and courteous. He only took an hour to complete a 3 room carpet cleaning and the price was reasonable. I will use Zerorez again for future needs.
My carpet was so clean, did not have have residue left on carpets by other cleaners. Was completely dry by early evening. This is the best carpet cleaning I’ve ever used, very clean smell after.

The techs are knowledgeable and professional, someone you feel comfortable having in your home. I'm always very pleased with the outcome, but this time we had a heavily soiled room and he made it look great. We also had out antique white floor grout cleaned and it also looks really good.
