Making the appointment with Zerorez Las Vegas was very pleasant. Cory, our technician, was so friendly and did a wonderful job on all our carpets. The cost is extremely reasonable. No chemicals, no residue and no odor. Just made the whole house seem so clean.
The day that you provided the cleaning everything looked like a dog that fell into a pool - wet and unkept. But Wait! The next morning, once all had dried, the carpet popped. The areas that looked dirty and old … they got a face lift and a new lease on carpet life. We are happy with our new looking older carpet.

Dried quickly and gary was the best. Did quite well on a old carpet.
I had to call back to have a return visit because of a couple of items that needed to be placed back correctly. (too heavy for me) and also repair an electric outlet cover that was knocked off during the cleaning.
Had the worker fixed those things at the time, it wouldn't have been an issue. But, on the phone, after they already were paid, it was like pulling teeth to get someone to come back.
Very evasive and argumentative on the phone with me.

I do really like the job that Zerorez does on my carpet, I just don’t like the upsale that they do once they’re in my home. I just want the service that I requested when I scheduled. The in home sales pitch really discourages me from wanting to book them again. I’m fine if they do a sales pitch when I originally call in, but after that time I’m not interested I just want the job done in my home that I requested.
Zack was excellent. My floors looked brand new when he was done and no longer smelled. :)
