Safe cleaning practices
quick and eficient
I've been using Zerorez for several years now (I used to use a chem-dry service). Scheduling is always efficient, pricing is fair, techs are on time or early as well as courteous (call prior to appointment, explain process, don't track up non-carpeted floors). My very light carpets have seen better days but every time I'm about to give in and replace them, I have your guys out to clean and they do such a fantastic job I feel like I can get a couple more years out of them.
This visit they called, arrived fifteen minutes before the appointment window and cleaned the entire house in an hour. Dry time is also shorter than both chem dry and shorter than Zerorez used to be in the past. They did a beautiful job, including stairs and high-traffic areas; carpets look good as new. I highly recommend.
My carpet is 15 years old...last 4 cleaning services were done by Zerorez. Isacah was great.
Your employee was very informative about your system and how zerorez was able to clean carpets without harmful chemicals. I have allergies so this is very important to me.
He was able to answer all my questions and explain the process used.

I gave a 9 just because of the lady over the phone.
I asked about the service on a Saturday by email and a lady called back on a Monday but I was teaching and I didn’t want to miss the call so I answered and asked her if she could call me back in about an hour and a half. She answered right away saying: “Well... if I have time.” With a tone I didn’t feel comfortable with. But then I feel she realized she made a mistake and said she was going to call me back.
Hours later I didn’t get any call from you guys so I called back and scheduled the service. I think she was the same person that called me and she was helpful explaining the process and how it worked.
I know people make mistakes but that first impression wasn’t very good.

Corey was super friendly and a fast worker. Got through all my rooms upstairs and downstairs within an hour and a half. He even arrived earlier than the time I scheduled and called if it was ok to to come earlier. Would use again.

Sofa that was paid to have professionally cleaned still had dog hair on it. If dog hair is still on it AFTER being pro cleaned it makes me wonder how clean did the couch get? I could have removed the dog hair with my vacuum myself. Waste of money, very disappointed.
How you can make things right? Refund.
The carpets on the other hand look great.
My carpet feels clean and it doesn't have that chemical smell that other capet cleaning places leave behind but most of all the customer service is amazing everyone is so nice.
