I moved out of an old house and am moving into a new house. I hired you guys to clean the floors and carpets of the new house before I move in. 5 bed 5160 sq ft house. Everything was done, all floors and carpets were cleaned. The tech even added carpet protectant. Total bill was $667. No problems here.
Now I hired you guys again to clean my old house. Old house is 2100 sq ft. 4 bed. My initial quote was $240. I agreed to deep cleaning on one of the rooms which was supposed to be $35 extra.and requested more tile to be cleaned. The tech then said my estimate would be $640. He said he added the small closets and the tile is expensive. This price is only $20 less than my new house that is more than double the size. And with no carpet protectant of course. The tech said there is no way he would do this for less. I told him to leave. Hired a smaller company to do it. They will come out tomorrow.
This is ridiculous and I will leave a public review of what happened as well.
Hello it was our first experience with Zeroez the person who came into the home was very
nice and polite.
He told us a couple things about our rugs.
