Your representative, Doug, was very friendly and extremely professional. Our carpet looks nearly brand new. I found Doug to be honest in his evaluation of our carpet and his capabilities.
Although your services are a bit more costly, they are worth every penny.
I felt the service was very costly. Our office was much more like a residential job. I think we should not have been charged more than $100.00. The quality of the service was excellent and Roy the servicer was very efficient and competent.
Pet gaurentee was not as described on the phone. Estimate was done over the phone as worst case scenario and technician wanted to run the price up from there. Had same problem as with other carpet cleaning companies, stains came bac after 1 day. Will not likely use this company again as the prices were higher than most and results were about average.
The service representative was very helpful and the results of the carpet cleaning was great.

Dries quickly. Smells nice and no residue. Dave was very professional and gave us excellent service. I dislike you want to charge $6 for your gas. We are all having difficulty with todays conditions and we all have to "eat it". No one offers to pay for my gas when I go to a place of business, I shouln't have to pay for yours, especially when we gave you $650 for your service. Other than that, we were very satisfied.
Bob is a very courteous and professional employee. I was supposed to be receiving my
invoice by e-mail but as yet, I don't have one. Also, Bob gave me a demonstration on
polishing the travertine floor and was going to get a bid to me for the work.

I thought the price was high for the service. I think the service was good, the technician was great (very friendly and polite), but overall the carpets look just as good as when other companies have cleaned them. I paid much less with other companies.
