There are no soaps or chemicals
better price...price by square feet. I have very small rooms filled with furniture, why should I have to pay the same as bigger rooms with no furniture...

Perhaps you should put the price of gasoline within the price of the service. As you know, with the price of gas, it was frustrating to see that as another added expense. In other words, what I don't know won't hurt (or aggravate) me. Just a suggestion unless, by law, you have to report it. Even then I might call it "travel expense" since "gas" seems to be a hot button word.

arrived at the correct time after giving an in route call. The work was excellant and done
in a very timely manner. I have used Zerorez several times in the past because of the way they conduct their buisness.

The Internet price of 3 rooms for $129 was a lie. I had 13 stairs, one room, a hallway, and a small room done.

found your employee very sloppy with chemical spray and chemical puddles left on tile in kitchen. Also chemical container leaked black spots on white carpeting in Nevada room off kitchen. He did not spray chemical on spots only ran over it with final vacumn. Also upon leaving he emptied liquid on road in front of our house leaving a large stain. I talked to someone in your office about all of this shortly after. I have used your company many times and have always been impressed with the professional way I found your employees. If these black spots start showing on carpet I will expect service on these spots.

my floors look like the day the tile was laid - Bobby and Bret were very professional. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They were on time, their appearance was clean.
