My carpet is really clean...........
My rugs look absolutely beautiful. Brett was very nice, and he did a great job. I felt very comfortable with the process, and with Brett. I was very amazed as I watched the dirt on the carpet just about disappear in front of my eyes. I would highly recomment Zerorez to everyone. Our carpet is very clean, it dried quickly and feels much softer than with conventional steam cleaning. My area rug may require a second cleaning. We will definitely use Zerorez again!

Outstanding service. Brett showed up promtly at 1600 hours, walked through the home, calculated the cost of service and was done in about 2 hours. The carpet looks very good and "cleaner" compared to past services (by another company).
The quality of work and results Zerorez has shown to me. Along with the care and professionalize they had with me.
We didnt get a final walkthrough with the tech and was not offered any other services or products as we were last time.. We have no idea if he put on any carpet protection or if there were any problem areas that he encountered. We did get the pet service but felt that it is not worth the money that you charged and we can use better products our selves which we have.. we are more disappointed this time with the overall service for the money...
The product cleaned my carpets very well. The service was excellent. Dave did a great job and was very pleasant to have in our home. He answered questions about the product and was very professional.
On time and explained how and what was going to be done. Great job the carpet looks like new. Dave was very courteous called to thirty minutes ahead to confirm his arrival time as schedule.
There is a stain that I figured would be difficult to remove, however I feel as though it is much brighter now.Didn't think it would come out anyway. Not sure if the chemicals did that or not. The man who came to service us was very nice and respectful. He tried his hardest to work on any stains I asked him to.

I like the phone call reminder about your appt, and that the carpet looks and feels so clean, and stays that way. Stains do not reoccur like other carper cleaning companies.
Come back and redo the carpet. The stains have reappeared. Spent alot of money to have carpet cleaned but the stains are reappearing. Your advertisement says that the stains don't reappear like the other carpet companies but we finding that not to be true.
No chemicals used so safe for pets, people with allergies. The service techs are always on time and follow directions (include the carpet inside the closets, etc.). I wish this was in every city. I have 3 rental places here and would not give my business to anyone else.
Your cleaning process is fantastic! My carpets are soft again (which is remarkable considering they are 12 years old) and it was done without chemicals.

Way too expensive! A friend of mine had his carpets cleaned (the same day) with the same size house and about the same amount of carpet for $150. I could have done my house twice and still had $60 left over. Zerorez cleaning is superior, but not so much as to be more than double the competitors.
There is no chemical smell left. Carpet is very clean and soft.
