Carpets are very clean and soft! No soap residue.

We love that you use an Empowered Water technology that provides a wonderful cleaning without the harsh chemicals or residue. Our carpets in our office look great. Although they were half an hour late (I missed getting my Starbucks lol), the service and staff were friendly and professional. We look forward to our next cleaning!
The service is very good and the carpets are really clean when the job is done. I've been using Zerorez for about 4 years and I'm really happy with everything.
My carpet is SUPER clean, and it isnt very wet when done, so it dries really fast. Most of all I can't believe you can do this with just WATER. The technology is amazing. My dog has allergies so this is really important to me. Also Roy is such a nice man. I recommend you to everyone!

We have exculsively used Zerorez to clean our carpets for several years. However, the next time we are in need of service we will be seeking out a different provider.
During the time we have used Zerorez your prices have increased substantially, and now seem to be out of line with others in your industry.
The final straw was when, on your last visit, I was charged an extra $20.00 for the master bedroom closet. The serviceable carpet area of the bedroom is only 143 sq ft, and the closet is an additional 55 sq ft. I don't see where this warrants an extra $20.00 charge.

One of the carpet areas was not cleaned throughout. Also a couple of areas were missed due to light chairs not being moved.

My carpet has some streaks of dirt. This area was done towards the end when the truck was having trouble. It caught on fire in front of my house. Your worker was excellent and polite. He tried to put out the fire with a fire extinguisher, then I offered him my garden hose. We ended up calling the FD. Before the fire, the truck wouldn't start. The fire was finally out but the mechanic showed up to work on the truck. They were still outside at dark. This could have created a situation where homes caught on fire. I like the tech, I think he did a good job (except for the areas towards the end when there were problems with the truck). It's the truck catching on fire in front of my house thing that makes me think I wont refer your company.
The carpet looks fantastic, but it was quite pricy!
I appreciate that there aren't harsh chemicals in your cleaners yet it still gets the job done.

My 20 yr old carpet looks great. My son said it looked like it did when we had it installed. It is soft, not stiff, and it doesn't have that "dry cleaned" smell. It also dried very quickly. The technician, Roy, is a delightful young man and very knowledgeable. He explained the process to me and gave me the exact price before he started. I am very pleased and have already recommended it to two people.

I've been out of town since the cleaning and it was still wet when I left, but it looks like there are white streaks across my carpet. The stains are gone but there are defined discolorations across the whole room. I would like for a quality assurance representative to take a look at the carpet.Please respond to Email address removed
