No Smell, person did a great job. It was fast, no chemicals, dried quickly and the person cared about doing a great job.

Disappointment 1: Your cleaning process left deep and very visible ruts in the carpet pile. I thought that these would go away after the carpets dried and were vacuumed. They did not.
Disappointment 2: My wife is very upset about the appearance of the carpets. She called your company today (8:00AM, Friday, 4/8/2011) to find a solution. She was told that she would have to talk to Customer Service but Customer Servie is "out of the office" until Monday. The three people that she talked with were not at all helpful. If your people can't be more cordial and do a better job of taking care of customers, they shouldn't be answering your telephones.
A little help about how to get rid of these ruts was all that she was asking. Her demeanor was pleasant when she called but by the time the call had ended, she was very upset.
I am left with bad looking carpets and an upset wife, at least, until Monday.
What you can do to "fix it" is help me get rid of the ruts.
I was very satisfied with the work done! I have used Zerorez for several years, and will never change to another type of cleaning or another company. They are prompt, and do a great job.
I like that your cleaning method uses only water and is so effective. My carpet looks better than it has in several years. The technician, Dave, was professional, friendly, on time and did an excellent job.

I would have not had an area rug cleaned if I knew it would still have such a "contrast". It was cleaned....but one cant tell by looking at it. I would have saved myself $100.00.

Not only is the carpet clean when the technician leaves, but it stays cleaner longer. Technicians have always been very friendly, careful, and hard working.
The carpet is super clean and all the dirt and stains removed. The staff is super friendly and very helpful with my needs. I will continue to recommend and use zerorez in all my future needs.

Overall, an excellent job. Service tech removed some stubborn stains on stairwell carpet and left the carpeting throughout my condo looking nearly brand new. The only suggestion I would make would be that you offer special discounted rates for seniors/veterans like myself. I have COPD and because of my respiratory problems, I would like to have the carpet cleaned about three or four times a year to eliminate dust and improve the overall air quality within my unit. However, I am on a fixed income and simply cannot afford to spend $600 - $800 a year for the service. If Zerorez offered discounted senior/veterans rates, I would have you clean my carpet three to four time a year instead of just twice. First name removed J. Last name removed
