This is the second time I have used your product, I love the fresh smell it leaves in my home and the way my carpet looks. I also appreciate that the same person came to my home both times and although I don't remember his name I want to compliment him on what an excellent job he does. He presents himself in a friendly manner,goes right to work and does an excellent job.

The carpets came out much cleaner than they ever did with Service Master. I was very skeptical at the start, but Roy said "don't sweat it. I'll clean a small area and you let me know if you'd like me to proceed". Well, Roy cleaned a 2 square foot space in one of my worst traffic areas, and it looked great. Naturally there was wear in the area, but the color came back as close to original as I'd ever seen it. Other companies have tried to clean those areas and simply didn't make a difference. Roy (and ZeroRez) did.

I'd also like to share that "Roy" was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but was extremely helpful and did an amazing job on my carpets. You need a whole staff of Roy's to send out to the field. He's the man.

I've already called my parents to recommend your service, and will be doing the same for my friends at work on Monday.

Quote was accurate and very realistic, we were expecting additional costs for some stains, so it was nice to have been told that in advance and then have the additional cost be must less then anticipated. after just one week after having carpets cleaned, spots are reappearing and carpet looks dirty again, technicians were friendly, carpets looked cleaned when they left but not so much now, rooms were empty and easiy to clean and no one walked on them with outside shoes, but now they look dirty again

Zerorez employees were very courteous, efficient, and professional. I was very pleased with the outcome on our carpets and also on the tile.

I am pleased with the quality of the carpet cleaning. I am not, however, pleased with the very high pressure salesmanship to have other areas cleaned. When I said NO at this time I meant NO. I had to be rude to your man to stop him from trying to obtain more cleaning areas. If I asked for estimates on other than what I contracted to clean it would be another matter. I do not appreciate a cleaning service checking out my other rooms and trying to high pressure me into getting carpet cleaning. I absolutely would not want to recommend your service based on this; I do not want to put them through the harrasment of unsolicited further cleaning sales pitches as I experienced.

Roy and Ray gave a second swipe of the machine when I asked them to remove the indented places on the carpet where furniture formally rested. Right on time, keen on customer satisfaction and cost effective work. Highly recommend Zerorex

Take a good look at your rates for the square footage you are cleaning. I do believe you have priced me out of range. You do a good job but so do other companies for a little less.

I have hired you twice. Once for grout and carpet and then again, most recently, for carpet cleaning. I always seem to be the very last job and the guys I am sure are tired and ready to go home. Two guys came. I asked one guy if he would go along the edge of the carpet behind the couch since dirty edges of carpet next to travertine tiles really show. he said sure. He forgot to tell his guy to do it. Also, in our bedroom, the master bathroom door was shut. Although my husband failed to leave it open, common sense, would have me believe that the guys would ask to open the door and get the strip of carpet under the door leading to the bathroom. Now, everytime I walk into my tiled bathroom, I see a strip of dirty carpet on the edge right between clean carpet and travertine tile. I don't feel like they pay attention to details. The first time they came to my house and cleaned the grout, it ended up costing us 2,000 dollars and they did not wipe down baseboards. Goo was stuck to the baseboards. I had to repaint them and clean them the best I could. Heidi Harris should advertise your services. I can't believe I still called you guys back to clean my carpets after the first time. This is the last time I use your services. Not once was I offered any kind of discount or compensation, only that you had to keep sending out guys to come fix problems they created. I understand you have some big clients. Teasure Island for one. Maybe that is where your priorities lie.

I told the scheduler that I needed cleaning for pets and asked if the cost was still $99 for 3 rooms. She told me yes. I had to pay and extra $35 per room before he even looked to see how bad the carpets were. The carpets are just a few years old and this is the first professional cleaning. The rooms smelled worse after he left, actually there wasn't an oder before he got there. Also, I thought the carpets were supposed to be dry when he left, he didn't say anything about not walking on them and the commercial I heard said there was no down time. It took me all day to get the carpets dry enough to walk on and the smell was horrible. I wish I would have just bought my own steam cleaner for $200. The guy was nice enough, but the product is NOT all it is cracked up to be. So, no, I would NOT recommend you to a friend.

When quoting price on phone you neglected to tell me you charge extra for cleaning pet spots even though I told you I had old spots coming back and that some were pet stains. So it ended up costing us over $100.00 more.

After stains came back within one week you did send someone out again and not the stains have not yet come back and it has been a week and a half. So at least I still have a clean carpet.

The carpet cleaner who came was extremely knowledgeable and explained a lot of interesting things that I did not know and was very friendly.

The tech was very professional and knowledgeable about cleaning my carpets. The Zerorez method is great. My carpets look amazing. I have a bed and she has had accidents in the past. The tech used a blacklight and found spots i did not know existed. I purchased the pet treatmeng and the tech was able to get the spots out. Therr wrre several stains that we could not get out on our own that Zerorez got out. Overall great experience.

The carpet wasn't stiff afterwards. Great worker, friendly and helpful. Got the stains out that other carpet cleaners couldn't!
