Prices are a little high and closets aren’t even considered part of a bedroom! I would rather pay by square footage or by the hour. Two of the bedrooms are tiny with big furniture in them and would only need one swipe around the bed frame, yet would cost the same as my master bedroom. Not quite right. Every time we asked a question it was answered with that will cost more! The cleaning was nice, but I felt nickeled and dimed for sure.

The technician was polite and it was easy to communicate what I needed. Love the fact that my carpet did not dry with any stiffness. Thanks to their organic products. This was my first time using the service and loves it. I will definitely be using them for all my carpet and surface cleaning needs.
Zak and Jake were fantastic!! My ventilation cleaning went very smooth and it was awesome to see all the dust critters come out! I also greatly appreciate that they took the time to clean off the vent covers before returning them. As for the carpet cleaning, what a difference!!! The carpet is still old and definitely needs to be replaced, but the cleaning process helped me to extend the life of the carpet just a little longer.

Zerorez Las Vegas is very dependable and does a great job keeping our floors shiny and clean. They are very reasonably priced which helps during these unsecure business times. Their salesmen are very helpful and knowledgeable as well as their cleaning staff. Our floors always come out better than we even expect them to be. They are accommodating to work around our busy times as well. All in all a great experience. I would recommend.

I like the way my carpets look brand new when you finish. The only thing this time was that the gentleman doing my carpets didn't have booties on and I had sneaker marks on my tile floors when he finished. The time before they wore booties so that the dirt from their shoes didn't dirty my floors.
fCleaning products are environmentally safe. Well trained and capable technicians. My carpets always look fabulous after cleaning. Have used many other services, no comparison.

Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They were very customer service oriented and professional when I had them on the phone to book the appointment. They were quick to come to my home, on time, courteous and following the COVID guidelines. The price was fair as well. My rep that came to my home was thorough and also finished quicker than we originally thought. He was also courteous and friendly. I would absolutely use Zerorez to take care of my carpets again. I have used Zerorez for many years, both in California and my 2 homes here in Las Vegas. They have always done a fantastic job cleaning my carpets have reasonable pricing. Everyone is always very professional and on time.
Very professional and affordable
This was our second time using Zerorez and it won't be the last! Our first experience was satisfactory; however, I was not 100% pleased. The carpeting turned out good but the two recliners that are heavily used were not deep cleaned as requested. We almost chose a different company but decided to try Zerorez again. Needless to say we're happy we did!! The difference this time was the service technician Gary B. Gary took the time to listen to our concerns and did a fantastic job. The recliners look great as does the carpet. He is rated a 10!!!
As far as product goes we like the no residue and no odor factors.
