Scheduling an appt. was easy and they were prompt in arriving. Cory did such a wonderful job and our older carpets never looked so good! The cost was reasonable and worth the clean, protected carpets.

No residue
Furniture movement and thus cleaning close to furniture is a bit of an issue. I did a lot of movement myself as I was not certain what the cleaner would do. The cleaning crew is now only one person so that limits what he can do. I am not sure that I could recommend you to a "little old lady" who can't move even light weight furniture.

Everything far exceeded our expectations! He arrived and explained everything so well and professionally. I was surprised it was just 1 tech but he obviously knew what he was doing, answered all of our questions, and did a phenomenal job! I wish we were messier to have it done more frequently 😅

I already have recommended zerorez. The customer service is phenomenal, you can change service last minute without issue. I decided to add my stairs while they were here. There’s no “crunch” in my carpet, it dries quickly, smells clean, and looks great.
The technician Michael was great as always. Carpets looked cleaner and felt better.
