I tried your services for the first time and i was very happy with the outcome plus the professional attitude of the worker that did the job!!
Victor and Martin were on time (actually a little early), were very pleasant and did an excellent job. Victor explained what they were doing as the process went on. We are very pleased with the outcome of our 20 year old carpeting. We also had them clean the kitchen tile and seal it. It looks brand new.
I like the no-soap, no residue cleaning. Representatives are friendly and dependable.

Everything about my experience with Zerorez was fantastic.
The technicians arrived on time; they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and fast; and I wish I had had the foresight to take before and after pics because the difference is unbelievable.
I actually hesitated on having this service done because our living room carpet was in such bad shape (completely black in some areas) and I didn't think any cleaning could restore them. But I went ahead with it anyway because I figured something would be better than nothing, and I got a total shock.
I really wish I had taken before and after pics for Zerorez to use because our carpet was so, so bad before, and now it looks like new again.
And for pricing. The total cost with an (understandable) extra charge for deep cleaning was only about $150 (with a mailer coupon discount), which was worth every penny. Especially when comparing to the cost of replacing and putting in new carpet.
Thank you so much Zerorez for everything you do and for bringing some new life back to our home. And if there is one and only thing I would change. I would say I wish your techs had business cards or something with their names on them they could have given to me, because, after they left. I realized I had forgotten to ask and I wish I could thank them by name here.
Other than that, everything was great and I highly recommend your company to anyone. And my family will be seeing you on a regular basis now.

The best non toxic cleaning ever
Victor did a great job in cleaning our carpet. He was very professional and helpful. Did a outstanding job and made sure every spot was cleaned. He made sure that we understood the cleaning process and gave us excellent honest recommendations in other requests we had. We want to thank Victor for a great job he performed. We will definitely be calling Zerorez in the future.

I think there's better deals out there. I wasn't "Amazed" at what you did in such a short time for $275. You charged me extra for a bedroom because it was a large bedroom but the other rooms had large amounts of furniture and were small in size as far as carpet cleaning area. You were in and out in under 45 minutes. I just think you over charged me and I will not be referring you to other customers and will be giving you a 3 star rating on yelp.
Our Zerorez tech's were ontime, nice, and efficient! My carpet looks like new and I couldn't be happier with the results! I will be referring everyone I know to Zerorez!
