The man that came out to do the carpet cleaning was very nice. But...I thought the price was high!! I thought the good thing about this company was that the carpet wasn't wet when finished, but it fact, it was damp a day and a half afterwards, and I had fans on and opened the door.
Some stains not cleared. Paid extra for cleaning grout and sealing it. About 1/4 looks cleaned; the other 3/4 does not. Can't tell if the hall where I asked for the extra guard and paid for it was actually done.
The technicians are great. I've had three different technicians and each experience was awesome. I totally love the way my carpets look after they've been cleaned and the grout cleaning is also very nice.
Been happy with them for many years now!

The Company does excellent work, the carpet got cleaned to my satisfaction, the Technician was very polite and did an outstanding job. I was very pleased to get a Company that actually cares about their customers. The price was satisfactory and don't charge you an arm and a leg. I will recommend Zerorez to all my friends.
