The carpet dries so much faster and they go the extra mile to clean very dirty areas, especially when you're a repeat customer.
Friendly service, on time, and no hassles. The carpets in my new house looked like they needed to be replaced but after Zerorez finished with them they look great! And no funky smell while they were drying and no crunchy carpets after they were dry.
I think the results are very good and I am very happy with the carpet cleaning. I think the cost is high when it took only two hours to complete the job. But the job was done well and the price was quoted before the service was ordered. So it was a good deal.
I made the appointment for carpet, two recliners and 100 sq ft of tile. After Garry cleaned the 100 ft of tile and could not believe how clean it was so had him do the rest of our tile. AWESOME job and Garry was very professional.
I like the f act that there is no odor and the cleaning process is very good. There is no residue from where you clean.

First & foremost, the tech was most helpful and very His svc was great. Plus he did an excellent job of both carpeting and stair carpeting!! Only thing which I know is impossible is wetness. LOL It was beautiful and dry

I received a courtesy call with arrival in 15 - 20 minutes.
He wore shoe protectors and face mask throughout the entire process

I don't get the hype about Zerorez. I had the carpets done at my rental property after tenants with pets moved out. I explained the specific need for pet odor removal and was upsold on the bio treatment in every room. Even with the upgrade the carpets still smelled. Waste of time, effort and $.I had better results with just getting odor removal products from Target.
