My carpet doesn’t have any residue left when it dries. It comes out so clean even when I thought it was to dirty to come clean
Carlos was informative and professional. He answered my questions about the process and products. I like the scent of the Zerorez cleaning product.
Great friendly service
The technician did a great job on the carpets. Now I am waiting for an invoice. It would be nice to get an invoice after the job is done. This way, I do not have to wait for one. This is the only thing that I am not in favor of.
The products that Zerorez uses are good and it shows.
I really like the job I got, everything was very professional and explained to me in detail before I started, the job turned out alot better than I thought it would, Your worker really showed his care and concern for the job, he was great. I was very pleased that my bedroom carpet came out as good as it did. Disappointed that the paint spots on my carpet in other bedroom did nothing come out. I was told it would cost me another $60 but with no guarantee the spots would come out.

Steve cleaned our carpets, they look amazing. He was able to get old stains from previous home owner out of the bedroom carpet. He cleaned a chair and area rug, both look brand new.

My 17 year old never ever had a professional cleaned carpet almost looks brand new. The two techs were very nice and professional. I explained that I'm going to be change my flooring in a few months and just wanted this nasty carpet to be a little better and wow was I shocked after they cleaned them. They gave me a expectation that it wont be perfect but be a lot better all the heavy traffic areas were almost black and are now back to the original white and cream color just amazing. Thanks so much
