Zerorez is by far the best carpet cleaning service we have ever used. Victor was terrific. They cleaned my entire house in about and hour and a half with terrific results. The carpets were dry about 6 hours late. The only down side; they are the most expensive service available.

Don't get me wrong, My husband and myself were happy with the carpet cleaning by Zerorez. What upset us was that I heart on the radio that if you have your carpets cleaned by Zerorez that you would get a free pass to see the christmas lights at the Las Vegas Speedway. So, I called the day I heard about it on the radio which was the day after we had our carpets cleaned and was told that The promotion started the day after we had our carpets cleaned and that we didn't qualify due to that reason. It really upset me that there was no way Zerorez could make an exception especially since we are loyal returning customers. So, the next time we get our carpets cleaned, I will probably be calling another company to clean our carpets.
