Zack called when he was on his way, introduced himself when he arrived, accessed the work that needed to be done and went to work, when he was finished he cleaned up and was on his way. He was very nice and professional and will request him to come back.
I will no longer use your company nor will I refer anyone. We had to scub spots today with our hands , big area less then a hour, stairs are awful.

I called at 8 am on Thursday morning to ask for same-day service. I was informed that we could schedule a 3 to 6pm appt. and get on a waitlist for possibly earlier. Within 45 minutes I received a callback from the company saying they could be at my home at 10am.
Michael, the technician, called 20 minutes prior to alert us that he was on his way. He arrived promptly with complete protective gear. He was very professional and courteous. Through his persistence and expertise he was able to correct the potent smelling chemical spill on my bedroom carpet. 🥳

Had a very positive experience with zerorez. My carpets feel so soft after cleaning. Friendly technician explained the cleaning and how everything would work. When he left, my house smelled like oranges... no nasty harsh smells or perfumes. Thank god. I have a lot of environmental allergies and smells trigger migraines. So thankful for a company that really cleans the carpets and doesn’t give them a perfume bath. I played Pokémon for an hour and now my carpets feel better than new. We will be repeat customers.
