The shampoo used cleaned my carpet so well! And smelled so good ! Jared was a pleasure to have and very professional. He came to the house with a mask and shoe covers . Social distancing was practiced and he did an excellent job! Will definitely keep using zerorez.
The carpet cleaning wasn't what I had expected! After the carpets dried I could still see the traffic areas dirt.
The tile cleaning!it look like if I just mopped the floor my self!did not clean the grout like I had imagen.
There are many reasons I would recommend y’all!
1) Everyone at Zerorez with whom I’ve dealt has been friendly and professional.
2) My carpets look better after y’all clean than they do with other cleaners.
3) Your prices are fair.

The products so far is amazing. The technician Zack that came out and did the work was absolutely terrific. He took his time and ensured the carpets were cleaned thoroughly and that the pet stains were treated appropriately. Will be requesting Zack and Zerorez back in the first of year

The technician was on time and worked quickly. He was able to do my 4000 sq ft house in under 2 hours. My carpets came out looking wonderful.

It's a little upsetting. I live in a condo, & I live somewhat in the middle & I got charged a $35 dollar fee extra because of the hassle it took with the hoses to reach my apartment, but I thought that wasn't fair because that's something that isn't my fault. I also paid an extra $35 dollars for the pet odor solution & the stains did come out of my carpet, but unfortunately the smell is still there & it's still upsetting since I paid $181 for my carpets to be done. They weren't even in bad condition. I just wanted the couple dog stains out & also the smell. I'm pregnant & the smell is driving my nuts. My carpets also feel just a bit crunchy when I walk on them. Unfortunately my carpets weren't worth $181. I'll never use Zerorez again
They could have cleaned the traffic areas a 2nd time And could have done better on some spots!

Incomplete tile cleaning
The person who came to clean my carpet and tile was amazing. The work done was excellent. He was very clean, helpful polite and did an excellent job. I would recommend him and Zerorez.
The next day when the carpet was completely dry there are areas that were missed completely and areas that are dark (dirt) And what is service charge? that was not mentioned when I made the appointment. After waiting 3 hours it was a disappointment
I was hoping the furniture would have been cleaner. I could still see spots after it dried. Also, there was a small spot on the carpet and the technician tried to remove all of it. The stain is less visible but the area around it is now stained as well. My neighbors use your services all the time and seemed to be happy with it. I was hoping for the same results. May have had my expectations set too high.
My tile cleaning was not good this time. There was a lot of smeared residue left after it dried. The technician said he could not see it. He offered to go over it again with water only. He did the front entry. I was happy with that and said it was much better. He said he didn’t see any difference and it was not worth his time to do the rest of the house. I paid and called your office. Another technician came and redid the tile with water, most of the residue was gone, but l have had to go over everything again myself. The whole thing was very upsetting and surprising. The tile cleaning has always been really good in the past. I don’t know what went wrong this time. I mostly use Zerorez to get the grout clean, but this time it didn’t seem to help.
I have always been happy with the cleaning service of your company. Zack did a great job. Carpet looks great & he was very personable & informative.
I was so disappointed by the technician, I have health conditions and I had to ask him to put on a mask and then he kept his nose out the entire time.
He was ontime and very efficient!
The carpets looked very nice after the clraning, but the technicians need to listen carefully to instructions.
