The tech was awesome... just have to say I'm a bit underwhelmed by the end result. When I went back to the units and after the carpets were dried, the carpets just did not look as clean as I'm used to seeing and 1 unit in particular has a smell. I wanted to try your process understanding that soap not properly removed by the other processes I've used is an attractant for dirt. Just wish the carpets would look cleaner and fresher.

Tech was very friendly and did a great job. We were having just three rooms done but since we were loyal customers he did the small hallway just for being a great customer. Floor looked clean again. Very happy every time we have the carpets done.

Timely, quick, and amazing results. Our carpets haven’t been cleaned since we got them installed about 5 years ago and there were some dog stains that were bothering me. Zerorez were over about an hour and made 4 bedrooms look like they had brand new carpet.

The service crew was very professional and friendly. I am happy with the result after service crew washed the paver in our backyard. I will definitely recommend the Zerorez to anyone in need for power wash the driveway or paver in the yard.

Very knowledgeable and informative staff. Very fair pricing. I love the fact that spots do not reappear after the carpet dries like most other companies do. Grout cleaning is absolutely great. Chris and Carlos are the bomb. Keep up the good work guys.
Most carpet cleaners do an excellent job. The carpet is lovely after cleaning, however, two days later the pet stains return to the surface. I even paid $275 once as I was assured the stains would NOT show again - but they did.
The workers are nice and explain everything and go right to work.
