I have used zerorez for several years now and have never been disappointed.
Service person could have been friendlier. He did the minimum required, but the major stain that was my chief complaint in the first place was still visible.
I don't remember the two gentlemen who cleaned our carpets but the were both very nice, patient and did a wonderful job. I plan on using zerorez again and would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Fast, reliable, courteous, knowledgeable staff and great service. I had never used them before and was checking the internet for someone to do my 15 year old living room carpet that was a mess. After reading many reviews I decided to give them a try and was more than satisfied. My carpets were more than satisfactorily cleaned and look great. The whole cleaning process took less than two hours and we’re dry in less than eight hours.
I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
My Zerorez Technicians are always so courteous and efficient. And our carpets look like new once they finish the cleaning process. I would highly recommend!

We were pleased with the job that Ray did on old carpet in a rental house we are moving into, but we were rather surprised that our bill doubled because we also had 3 5x7 throw rugs done and were charged $130 extra just for the rugs! That’s the same amount we were charged for a master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms. Just seems a little steep for something that I don’t believe even took ten minutes. Just want to also mention that Ray was very prompt, polite, and informative. Thank you!
Make more of an effort to remove stubborn stains.

Carpets came out very clean. Very happy with zerorez services.
The physical product was not the problem. We are okay with the work. I have a problem with the up selling after in the house. The tech explained they work for commission and that is why it was 2 times the quoted price. I asked the phone receptionist about surcharges and how much they might be and was provided no info about price ranges. I find that honesty works best. I understand that a quote is just that, with the floors unseen. However, for the price to be double, and the reasoning being "they work on commission", is quite deceiving. I am not only "unlikely" to recommend, i am "likely" to actively tell others of my experience.
The lead service technician, Michael, communicated well and the service is good. I like everything about your products and services except for the high price.

great safe clean service
TJ was able to treat a rug tape stain that two techs before couldn't. He was able to remove the stain with a cleaning gel. I was totally impressed.
