The first clean from your company was great the gentleman spent a lot of time, This time we feel that that job was performed a little to rushed. Tech was polite.
There was an item that I moved with him and informed him that it is a two person lift only because it was old and the legs can be compromised. It was not heavy more awkward. I was not happy to see that he moved it back in place without our help and the front leg on the chair is now detached. I was specific to move with me so to watch the legs. It is impossible to set it down alone without putting all the weight on that front leg. Was not happy that I now have to repair the leg on my chair.
Very timesly, great communication about arrival, time taken to complete the process and payment simplicity.
Through cleaning and the courteous technician, he also made sure we were happy with the job he did

I have used you before. There were puddles all over my tile that I had to ask him to mop up. The traffic area in my living room does not appear to be clean.

Second time using Zerorez. I like that fact that there’s no soap being put into my carpet making a residue. They showed up early and did a great job. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future

I received an email advertising $29 a room with 100 ft of tile cleaned free. I made an appointment for three rooms to be cleaned. When the man was part way through the job I was told the cost was $111 with no tile cleaning. Paid up but not happy.

Great service..............clean carpets as usual
They get in and get out and their prices seem very reasonable. So far their cleaning has lived up to their word. I had a rug that got hammered by an old dog and it smells great now, which I didn't count on actually happening.
