The service was really good. So far, not dingyness has returned. I felt a little uncomfortable in the transaction, though. It was just weird for the serviceman to infput my debit card information into his iphone... Maybe that is the way everything is moving, it just seemed that if someone was dishonest, they could copy the number and paste it somewhere else. Thanks

This carpet cleaning system does a nice clean up after pets. It dries faster. Good technicians.
Tori is wonderful to deal with when scheduling or re-scheduling an appt. Roy was very friendly and efficient. Josh is also very friendly and efficient. We will be using Zerorez next to clean our granite.

There were puddles of water that were left on several places on my tile when the carpet cleaning was complete. If feel that should have been cleaned up by your technician not by me.
I was also told it would take around 4 to six hours to dry. There were some places that it actually took more than 24 hours.

Your products get dirt out of carpets like no other and leave a clean fragrance as well. The difference before and after cleaning is remarkable.
Carpet smells like wet and it has been 24 hours . It stayed wet all day and is now almost dry. I thought I had booked a $99 online special but it turned out to be 129.00.The area I needed clean was not large at all. Not a good first impression will use Stanley Steamer next time. My wife stated that the gentlemen who provided the service was very professional and very nice. Oh well I learned a lesson. Thanks anyways

We were charged more because one of our rooms was considered too large even though two of the other rooms are very small.It appears that the bottom of a curtain in our master got sucked into a piece of your equipment. I think it might make more friends for your company if your employees could somehow wipe up large puddles where the carpet meets the tile.We do appreciate the nonresidue system. The service man was professional and courteous.

I am extremely pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning completed yesterday. Your representative was very professional and thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions. Due to personal circumstances the carpet had not been cleaned for a couple of years. After using your process the carpet almost looks new. Thanks so much....First name removed

I did not have to wait more than a few days to get an appt. You followed up by E-mail explaining what you would like me to do prior to cleaning. The technician did a fabulous job; so much better than any other carpet cleaning company. The carpets look almost like new. He took a small Persian rug back to your factory for a specialty clean and repair.
Carpets are soft as well as clean after the Zerorez cleaning. Thank you very much.

The product is great! Carpets look as close to new as they are going to ever look, and there really isn't any chemical or residue left behind.
My only complaint is the reservation I had for a week was ignored because the company decided to do an unscheduled job before my house. Because of this, the tech was late to my house. I already had to take off from work early for my scheduled time and my house was ready to be cleaned.
I do recommend this product to anyone who wants their carpets clean despite the experience I had with scheduling. I'm confident they have learned from this experience and will not forget about the commitments they make to their customers just to chase a buck. The tech was friendly and the company did apologize for their mistake.
