No soaps or chemicals.
The process is amazing and techs were great. Our carpet had been cleaned twice by another company and the cleaning seemed all right at the time. But now I have a comparison with Zerorez and WOW what a difference. The carpets look fantastic. They are fluffy and springy and beautiful. I am so happy. Jason, the main tech,was wonderful. We thought that my cat might have escaped during the process and he and his partner went out into the neighborhood to help me find her. Flast alarm. She was behind the sofa and thoroughly upset that there was a machine in her house. But I was happy and that trumps her.

My carpet is better but still not raked with the knapp of the carpet. I just don't think your technician cares about the kind of job he does or I guess just expected your quality to be the same or better than other companies I have used in the past. I appreciate you redoing my carpets and they are better but just not the best. My carpet is shaggy and if you don't rake with the knap then it doesn't lift up all the shag.
The marble floor in the hallway and small bathroom are just as dull if not duller after the technician finished polishing. I do not believe it was due to the technicians inability to polish the marble, rather just a combination of human condition and scheduling. The technician did a marvelous job polishing the kitchen floor.
Even though I was told it would be an all day job at the time Doug did the estimate, the technician was scheduled to do a second job at 4 that afternoon, I shared with Doug the job could be started early, yet the tech arrived about 9:20 and started about 9:45. About 2:30 that afternoon I asked if he would be able to finish polishing in time to get the sealer on before to late that afternoon. I told him I would hate for the sealer to be finished too late because I would have the windows open for several hours afterward to air out the vapors produced by sealer.
He finished polishing the hallway and small bathroom about 4:30. I was cleaning up edges and noticed swirls in the floor. I couldn't wipe them away with my wet rag. The technician admitted he was afraid he didn't have the floor wet enough the last polish, so the swirls would not wipe up with water. He said he would have to use the floor polisher to get them up.
So about 5:45 he finished and by 8 we finished sealing.
I had the doors to the house open until 11 p.m. that very cold windy evening.
I believe if the technician had started earlier and did not have the push to get to the second job, his energy and focus would have resulted in my hallway and small bathroom just an excellent job as on my kitchen floor.
I liked that there is no order after cleaning, I like that the rug is soft after cleaning, and I look how the rugs looked after cleaning

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Zerorez. I chose this system because I have many allergies and do not want any chemicals used in my house. I called and the price quote was very competitive so I set up a date to clean my carpeting. They confirmed the night before and the technician called me 1/2 hour before arrival. The young man, Bob, who came out to the house was very well informed, professional and did an exellent job on the carpeting throughout my house (in only a little more than an hour). I was amazed at the results and very pleased. He would have helped me move small furniture, but I had already done this the day before. I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning, especially if you want to be chemical free.

the process left a two toned pattern on our rug with an alternating light and dark cone shaped repetitive pattern that persisted after drying and that we could not vacuum out. we called to ask what to do about this and were told a supervisor would get back to us. so far no return call. we have not moved back our furniture as the rug has an unnatural appearance. please assist us in correcting this problem caused by the cleaning process.
