I paid a minimum rate of $108 to clean 16 steps. I paid too much for the service. I tried to bundle an 8x10 area rug but your rates were rediculously high.

Each technician has the courtesy to call and let me know approximately just when they will be at my home to provide their service. I know when Zerorez leaves my home, my carpets look beautiful, like new, without using chemicals and having the carpets hard and stiff and they dry quickly.

The fellow that cleaned my carpet (I requested him specifically to come back) wasd great and went to great lengths to remove stains caused by my dog. Perfect!!!
It was quick. I want to comment on your rep Brett who cleaned our rugs. He was a very good representative of the company. Polite and business like, just went about doing the job, stopping to tell us about the products he was using.
I should have asked him about cleaning my 2 lounge chairs. I forgot. Do you clean lazy boy lounges?
Only thing I think perhaps was not completed fully, was the scotch guarding in the living room. I vacumed as Brett indicated abt 7 hours after when dry, but I can see where he put the product in circles and not the entire rug.

The work is done in a very professional manner. Products used do not have harsh chemical odors but are clean and fresh smelling. Zerorez is the only company I have used on my carpeting since it was installed over eight years ago. The techs have always been very polite whenever I have asked them to touch up area of carpeting. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Zerorez for cleaning carpeting, area rugs and tile flooring. Excellent workmanship. Thank you Zerorez!

Great work
We have allergies and the citrus spray you use really sent them into overdrive. If there is any other product you could use it would save those who have allergies. Also, my husband has lung problems and the smell aggrevated his condition. We would recommend your company to those who do not have allergy problems. The technician was very nice and professional.
