How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

On 1/22/13 I contacted Zerorez for my regular carpet cleaning. I spoke to Torrey and provided my correct contact number of Phone number removed as my other contact numbers have discontinued. My appointment was set for 2/11/13 between 8 and 11 am. On 2/11/13 at 11:23 AM when I had not been contacted and no one had come to my home I called and spoke top Tasha. I was then informed that no one was able to contact me as they did not have a good phone number. Obvious that my correct number was not written down or added to your data base. Tasha stated she was going to contact her supervisor and I was then put on hold. When Tasha came back on the line I was informed that someone would be at my home 2/12/13 at 7 AM and I would be given one room free for the inconvenience. Based on my conversation with Tasha and having given her my number twice I was not convinced that she had actually taken my number down. For a third time I directly asked if she had my correct number and she paused and I presume that she actually wrote it down or added it to your data base.

On 2/12/13 at 6:37 AM I called the local Zerorez number and spoke to Torrey to reconfirm that someone would be at my home at 7:00 AM, she confirmed. At 7:35 AM when no one was at my home I called again and spoke to Tasha to inquire if someone was in route to my home or not. She put me on hold so she could contact the field technician. Within a minuet I received a call from Josh. Josh explained he would be at my home 35-40 min. When Josh arrive he explained the complete communication breakdown to me. It is only because of Josh 's exemplary professionalism, customer service skills and excellent communication skills that I will remain a Zerorez customer. Your office staff needs to improve their listening and communication skills to a great extent in order to avoid situations like this and retain loyal customers. Name removed Ph Phone number removed.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It's been just over a week since our cleaning. The large traffic spot we were trying to remove was lightened but not removed. The price was Ok but from all the buzz I had heard about Zerorez I was expecting "amazing" results instead of just "normal" results. One thing I hope is true that because there is supposedly no residue, I'm hoping the cleaner portions of the carpets will stay nice.

I did not have any idea, what to expect, I thought there would be a pamphlet to explain how your system worked..........My carpet does not look as good as it has with other companies...but that company has gone out of business...they was much cheaper too........I felt your ad was misleading as it "Said 3 rooms $99.00, but does not mention hallways are $30.00, also I only had pathways done in 3 rooms and still counted as a room.....There was no furniture to move, so he was only here a very short time.....I will do some checking on other companies, and probalbily will never use you again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I asked your carpet cleaning man to clean a small bathroom area (covered in the 4 room charge) and he didn't do it. He left parts of the carpet very dry and other areas completely soaked. He DID NOT move a single piece of furniture except for a small recliner even after I had moved EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING off of our coffee table, moved dining room chairs etc. Honestly, he didn't have to do much. We have used Zero Rez for many many years and this was the most horrible experience I have had. We have ALWAYS been pleased in the past and I have called to commend the company, but this "cleaning man" must have been in another time zone - and who he was texting on his phone while cleaning my carpets was anybody's guess.

Carpet in master Bedroom stains reappeared 1 week after cleaning. Zerorez came back to re-do room. However, the young man dumped or left the residue from the hose in our gutter.

I loved the results. I have used Stanley Steamer and coit for years and the results were amazingly different. I never use anyone again. from my animals spots that never came out are now gone. I am really happy with the results. Thankyou

What could we do to improve?

I have a small house so I didn't expect the time to take long but there are some spots on the carpet that should have easily been removed with the cleaner. Just think a little more time could have been spent.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had the carpet in my theater room cleaned on Feb 3rd, when the service man started to leave I asked him how long i would take the carpet to dry, he said about 4 hours. I checked the room after 4 hours and it was still a little wet but I also noticed and ares about 2 ft round that was very wet. I first used paper towels to try and soak up some of the water but it was just too wet. I then used my shop vac and while doing this I noticed that the water still contained some type of cleaner. I thought this was ZEROREZ!, nothing left in my carpet.

I waited and checked the area again on Fridea the 5th and it was still wet! So I called ZEROREZ and was told I would have to talk to a superviser but they were busy and would call me back. About thirty minutes later I got the call and explained my situation. Iwas asked if I could put a fan in the room to dry the wet area and that they couldn't have anyone look at it for at least a week since they were so busy. I then said "So the problem is mine?

Today is Monday the 9th and the area is finally dry but has a very hard feeling to it. I used ZEROREZ before and was very happy with the results, but after this latest experiance I will never use them again or recommend to anyone again.

Service was superb! Carpet technician did an absolutely thorough job! There was no smell or residue on the carpet after it dried and all the stains were gone. Our 7 year old carpet looks and feels brand new. Thanks for the excellent service!

Our carpets were very soiled and they all look very clean now. We only had one real stain in my daughters bedroom that has been there for more than 5 years. It is almost completely out.

The best cleaning company that I have had the pleasure of working with. Josh was very knowledgeable, professional, courtesy, prompt and cordial. The price was reasonable and the work was of exceptional quality. The service was so impressive, we've scheduled a follow-up visit to clean our tiled floor.

The house had a bad order. My wife describes it as a damp dog. We had to spray Fabreeze to get rid of the smell.

The overall look of the carpet was less than what I had expected. In the past I have had the carpets cleaned via the traditional steam extraction method by the same man who had been cleaning my carpet for over 8 years. We were always very please with the results. However we have heard so much about Zerorez on the radio and thought we would give it a try. We will not make that mistake again. And if asked we would recommend to others that they do not make the same mistake that we did.

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job on both the carpet and the tile. He explained what to expect and not expect. Unfortunately, my dog had an accident on the carpet that night, so I'm having zerorez back again to fix that spot and do another area that was soiled. Customer Service understood my problem and offered solutions. Kudos to all.
