I have used several cleaning services over the years and believe ZEROREZ to be the best, no doubt about it.
Well our first time a guy named Roy came and did an AWSOME job on our carpets. The difference between the bathroom and closed closet door was black and white. Very happy. I did recommed him to several friends. I asked for him to return to do our carpets again and they couldn't tell me if he was available on Tuesday. Well...He wasnt when I got my day ahead call. I was going to cancel and reschedule but I HAD to have carpets done for Xmas party. The guy that came was real nice but didnt do half as good as the Roy guy. I went over the bathroom carpet with my own carpet cleaner after him leaving. Bummer. So my thoughts of Zerorez went from a 10 to about a 6. If I call again I will request the Roy Lewis guy and if they cant tell me if he is available I would consider another company.

I was charged for a room that was not cleaned. I was charged an additional charge for an 'over-size' room that, with all other carpet cleaning agencies, is a normal size room. I was not told that this room was over size or even told, prior to the cleaning, the restrictions of room sizes. I have not received the refund for the over-charge.
Best carpet cleaning I've had in a long time.
Technician very prompt and polite. He did a fabulous job; carpets look almost like new with no stains. There was no chemical smell. Will definitely use you again.
Our carpets never looked so clean. Did an excellent job.
My carpet has a high traffic area that gets dirty. The Zerorez techician that came last
year didn't mention the additional procedure you use to take care of this. He just did
a surface cleaning and left. A few months later, the traffic pattern returned. The techs
that came last week did the extra procedure only after I brought up my concerns from the
last cleaning. They were nice enough to not charge for that treatment, but I did pay extra
for the stain protection spray.
I would suggest you train your technicians to observe carpets for this dirty traffic
pattern and suggest to the customer that they consider this extra procedure to make sure
the carpet has a deeper cleaning than just the surface treatment. At least give the
customer a choice. Nothing worse than your carpets getting dirty only after a few month's
time.
I will observe my high traffic area on my carpets over the next 30 days to see if the
deep cleaning worked. I will let you know.

what started out as a $99 intro ended up costing me $415. i think your ads should include that your carpet must be almost spotless if you expect the $99 deal.
How clean and soft the carpet is after it dries. It looks like new.

Product seemed to work fine. Service was excellent. Usually I wait on service people; this time; serviceman was early. What a nice surprise! Bobby was so nice. He moved a chair and he helped move the coffee table.
Although your carpet cleaning service is more expensive than many competitors, you do quality work. Plus you leave the house in better shape once the cleaning is done.
Your $8 "fuel surcharge" was a ripoff. I will not do business with your company again. You should be upfront with your pricing, no sneaky "hidden" charges. Or you can be real creative and start a "water charge". Bye
I didn't like that an edger was not used. I wanted my carpets dove because I have a little dog that has speed in corners and along edges and when I looked after he left, there is still spots of urine. I even paid the extra 35 in two rooms to have them treated and still have urine. I didn't feel the cleanliness I would have liked to for $200.00. I guess I'll just get out my scrub brush.
Very professional employees (from the phone reservation to the actual cleaning professionals), looked and smelled great when it was done.
