Carpet traffic area I wanted cleaned specifly was as dirty the next morning as it was before it was cleaned. Iwent to home depot and purchased a bottle of cleaner and the next morning it 100% better.
When I had a area that needed to be redone....they came out a took care of it.
No problem.
It is nice when you have a service done and they are ontime and professional.

All the spots that didn't come out the first time did come out with the second cleaning. Thanks for returning so quicly. The technician, Jan, was so professional and did not for a minute make me feel uncomfortable for having called to have the carpeting cleaned again.

WHEN I REVIEW THE COMPLETED WORK IT LOOKED EXCELLENT WHEN IT WAS WET. HOWEVER, WHEN IT BEGAN TO DRY IT DEVELOPED AN ODOR LIKE A WET DOG. ALSO, NOW THAT IT IS JUST ABOUT COMPLETELY DRY THE ODOR IS GONE BUT THERE ARE SOME DARK SPOTS ON THE RUG SIMILAR TO THE WAY IT WAS PRIOR TO THE CLEANING.
How fast the carpet dries and the cleaners seem to be knowledgeable.

your company advertised at radio station "KJUL" three rooms for $99.00. The radio station did not mention that the rooms have to be 200 sqft or less. The gentleman came to the house and told us that it will be $161 and not what we expected which was $99.00 plus $8.00.
We will call "KJUL" as well to let them know that they should mention the 200 sqft.

Let me first say that the tec you sent out was Fablous. He was very personable and easy to work with. That being said after he left I became a little concerned about my carpet being stretched out. There were bubbles and bumps gallore! But, no worries!!! After a couple of hours they all smoothed out. :) The carpet area I was mainly concerned with had pet stains that I have been trying to get out for 11 yrs with no luck, but it looks great now... Thank You Roy! You did a Great job!!!
