Gets the job done
every time i've used you my carpets have been truly and really clean--and without a 2 day drying period.
the rugs seem to stay clean longer. We were a bit up set, though, when we were supposed to pay $99, but ended up paying well over $200. The last time we used your services, we didn't spend that much,and we had the rugs protected too.

Service rep did a very good job. The carpets look like new. The work was done quickly and we would definitely use your services again.
When your men arrived the one in charge asked Karen if she wanted the special treatment for pet stains and odors. (There are no odors) there are some old stains from other things. Your man made a comment that he could smell the urine when he walked in the house. Come and see for yourself, there are NO odors. Karen almost told them to leave. It took forever for the carpet to dry and it was saturated in soap. We got a shampooer and kept rinsing it with clear water until most of the soap seemed to disappear. They will no be referred to asked to come back. But if you would like to stop by our house any time and see for yourself first hand let me know.
My serviceman Greg? Was very friendly and fast. He took the time to explain the process to me and I appreciated that.
Dries quickly
Your service is rather expensive. Particularly the "extra" charges for spots.
They work! The carpet cleaning procedure consisting of the pretreatment and then the hot (steam)deep water cleaning is an effective method. I also like the way the carpet feels after it has dried. The technician (Josh)is knowledgable amd answered all my questions.

Punctual, polite and did an excellent job with my carpet!
Everything was fine. I just hesitate to recommend business to my friends because what is satisfactory to me is not the same as what is satisfactory to my firends. The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was polite and efficient. He got the spots out and the carpets look fine.
Our expectations were exceeded. We had upholstery and tile floors cleaned and everything looks just about new. We commend your technician, Jason Barret, for a job very well done.
