The cleaning works great, the staff is quick at their work and polite! The carpets always look fantastic.
Excellent, we would not use anyone else. However, it akways takes much longer to dry than the technician says. This has occurred with every Zerorez serviceman that we have had.
Were able to move up appointment, so I was to get the carpets cleaned before our baby came home. Also, the carpets are cleaner than any company was able to clean.

I got a quote on the phone that was about half of what it actually cost me. I was very clear about the amount of rooms and their size. I felt that I was sales pitched dishonestly.
Your tech was not only on time but early to our appointment time and his ship was quick and precise...the one carpet (small area) was very damaged...and he brought it back better than anticipated.
The process that you use puts all of the other carpet systems in the dust.
The only complaint I have is the E-mailed receipt for the services rendered came through with no techs signature, if you can please resend a signed copy.

Professional and conciderate.
That there's no soap residue and after drying completely they are soft. It does take quite a while to dry, which I am surprised because of our ultra dry climate. I like that the technician is caring and careful. Altho, this time I asked for additional service. I wanted my car carpets cleaned and the operator only did the front instead of the whole car. I guess it was a communication issue/but I said clean the car carpets and then showed him the dirt in the front, I guess cause I didn't actually point out the soil in the back he assumed that they didn't need cleaning.

shorter drying time
I'm not disappointed with the SERVICE. The guy that came to my home was WONDERFUL, friendly and very professional. But I thought I purchased the deal I heard on the radio (3 rooms for $99) but all the $107 I paid covered was the small living room and the stairs.
The tech you sent was very professional,fast and efficient..the stains came out!
This house is 1600 square ft AND a rental, so the carpet slightly used, tho decent.
We just moved from california to nevada, 2 weeks ago, so we were dismayed to find we had to have the carpet's in the master bed & suite re-done!
The Property Manager used a different carpet service prior,(which did a very poor job)
When we requested they have the carpet replaced, they refused. However, THEN they suggested WE call you!...We r glad we did, tho we haven't had to use a commercial carpet company EVER, when and if we do in the future, we will request jan, and again use Zero-Rez Thanx Jan!
