Friendly, courteous technician, he was on time, he did an excellent job preparing to clean (protecting wall corners from the hose) excellent job cleaning the carpets...and he cleaned up and was on his way. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who's not afraid to spend a little more to get pristine carpets! It's definitely worth it!
