Service has always been excellent. Carpet techs knowledgeable and nice guys. Carpets are CLEAN. A little higher priced than some others, but worth the extra money in my opinion, and when it's my money, my opinion is the only one that counts.

No chemicals

Move furniture. Insure furniture that's stationary is covered before spraying.

I still have original spots on the carpet, areas don't look like they were touched, the carpet was still wet in several areas the next day. I shined a blacklight on pet spots and they still are present. The technician completed the job in less than an hour vs. other times I had the same areas cleaned and it took twice as long. That signals to me the job was rushed. I should of called sooner but it was the day before thanksgiving and we had company until yesterday.

The carpets get cleaner than other companies' efforts have been. There really isn't any residue left. As far as drying time, it took significantly longer than the 4 hours we were told about, but the job was well done and Andre, the operator, was polite, professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated in his efforts. This is our second time using ZeroRez...we will continue to use their services for our carpets.

I thought the pet stains would have come out of the carpet better. The ad was miss leading. But if we didn't have any pet stains the carpet came out very clean.

The technicians are very knowledgeabale and trustworthy. They don't sell you what you don't need. They can also explain what their products do for your floors.
